Yes. You can pay upfront, or split the cost into 4 interest-free monthly payments through Squarespace Payments. Same total price, no interest, no fees.

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to a new date within 12 months. Full payment terms confirmed at booking, but the short version: if you cancel more than 30 days out, only the deposit is retained. Inside 30 days, standard industry cancellation applies.

If you need to move the date for any reason — weather, family circumstances, anything else — I'll always work to move with you where possible. Postponement inside 12 months carries no additional fee. Beyond 12 months, we look at it case by case.

• Brand and editorial shoots — preview within 5 days, full delivery within 2 weeks

• Weddings — preview within 72 hours, full gallery within 3–4 weeks

• Portrait sessions — full gallery within 2 weeks

• Brand films — full delivery within 3 weeks of final approval

Everything comes through Pic-Time — a beautiful, mobile-friendly private gallery. You get a password-protected link, download all your photos in full resolution, share favourites straight to your phone, and order high-quality prints, wall art, photo books and albums directly through the gallery. Galleries stay live for 12 months.

Not as standard. My editing is part of the finished work — the raw files aren't a deliverable I sell separately. If you have a specific reason to need them, we can discuss it case by case.

For commercial shoots — 12-month usage rights across your website, social channels, newsletters and organic marketing. Paid advertising and long-term campaign use quoted separately.

For weddings and portraits — full personal print rights, forever. Share with family, print, frame, put on the fridge.

For personal use — yes. For commercial use — I'd rather you didn't, as the editing is part of the finished work you commissioned. If you need alternative crops or formats, ask and I'll usually turn them around quickly.
