Compendia Pool Parties
For the past three years, Compendia has hosted an annual pool party at Fritton Lake, evolving into a signature event that blends wellness, culture, and social interaction. The most recent edition expanded to feature wellness practitioners and DJs from London, merging talent from the capital with local practitioners. These pool parties are part of Commune, a series of events created by Compendia that focus on fostering community, collaboration, and connection through shared experiences.

The goal was to create an event that not only attracted a growing number of attendees each year but also introduced a deeper wellness offering. By balancing entertainment with mindfulness and wellness, the challenge was to curate a seamless experience that integrated music, health, and community in a way that felt authentic and enjoyable. Additionally, the event needed to attract new contributors from London while continuing to support local talent and businesses.

As co-curators with Ryan Walters-Moorcroft and Kirsty Hobson, we organised and marketed the event, curating the lineup of DJs and wellness practitioners. We coordinated logistics and documented activities, ensuring all details reflected Compendia’s values of community and wellness.
